2. Use Licence

PowerPod Ltd grants permission to temporarily download one copy of the materials (including information or software) from this website for personal, non-commercial and transitory viewing only. This is the granting of a licence, not a transfer of ownership. Under this licence, you may not:

3. Disclaimer

All materials and information on the PowerPod Ltd website are provided on an “as is” basis. PowerPod Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

PowerPod Ltd does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of materials on this website or on any websites linked to it. Manufacturer warranties or guarantees that apply to physical products, including batteries and other electrical equipment, remain subject to their own stated warranty terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerPod Ltd and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the materials or products supplied through this website, even if PowerPod Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply.

Products sold by PowerPod Ltd must be installed and operated in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable New Zealand electrical regulations. PowerPod Ltd is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or improper operation of products.
